Vought replaced 1,000 union workers with 680 replacements, and as a result the shop has been cleaned up and is now working at almost 300& of the pres-strike productivity.
Union members at Vought are deliberately walking into the path of vehicles carrying those replacements. Imagine, someone who intentionally did something dangerous was injured by their own actions. Too bad - so sad... Union members have used their own vehicles to threaten others.
Notice how many people DON'T honk their horns as they drive past your strike line every day. Those people aren't on your side.
You're out of work, so you're not dealing from a position of strength. Management has a responsibility to keep the plant running, and if that means leaving you behind, then so be it. In today's market, you'll be replaced quickly, and by people who can do your job just as well if not better, just as fast if not fasters, and for less money. Let's just be happy that those replacements are still Americans.

Maybe you're right. If even a couple dozen union people were reading this, the board would be polluted with their vulgarity. I've already stated the reason why I care - you're just not smart enough to remember, or to look for it. I'm a consumer and business owner, and I'm tired of the idea of unskilled people being overpaid for doing brainless work, and the unnecessarily high prices that result. I'm tired of people who think they can intimidate their employer (or their replacements) by hurting people and breaking things.
People like you don't have the morality to understand this, and when you're criticized for that, you lash out with violence and threats of violence. That's what makes you a lowlife.
You don't know the truth. If you did, you'd know that that times have changed and that you're on the losing end of the situation, probably for good.
Just remember that any job that's being done better, cheaper and faster by that 9-year-old kid in Bangladesh for a fraction of your paycheck, is being done for its true market rate. If that was your job, then you need to look in the mirror and recognize that that's all YOUR work was worth in the first place.
