I think you don't get it do you. Go tell Wayne Martin and Maxey and see what they do. She has been doing that for yrs. and they already know about for yrs, They won;t do anything its not that they are to busy managing they know. We are telling you the type of company your dealing with thay don't care.If we were not on strike she would be in there for hours at a time talking on the phone. Andy,Dale ,Denniis woky her sup. they all have known. Then if they report it H.R. Won't handle itThats why we don't want to be moved to help the ones that won't help themselves.

O K Ladies an Gentlemen. Vought knows what it's problems are from absenteeism to loafers to druggies and thiefs. Vought like this contract wants the UNION to settle them and not theirselfs.See the company hires these people the UNION don't. They let them get probation in . Its their solely responsibility. On absentee they let people get FMLA without any kind of restrictions.Under the new contract a person with FLMA can miss during the week and it don't penalize him for his 40 hr rule. I got to the doctor with an excused absence and it doen't go toward my hrs. My excused and Fmla ARE the same,they are both excused. But penalize the person that is there everyday and let the one that comes in on FRi. and gets o/t for sat' and sun. and misses all week thats the way it was in the past and the way it looks in the future also. They are not solving a problem at all. Punish all for a few bad apples. DOT is one of those as alot more that crossed that are in there. DOT use to go to the bathroom and stay all day and still would if she hadn't crossed.We have a girl that had cancer and going thru chemo, couldn't afford not to miss and had to come in sick. So we the people and a couple of supervisors put a chair where when she got sick, dizzy, weak she could go in there and rest. So they took the chair out because DOT was in the bathroom for 2 hrs at a time on the phone. They know their problems but do everything else but meet them head on.She is very prejudice,and will use her race as some will to get them off her back. They know, they're afraid of her and a few more that are black, white, yellow or green.But the everyday Joe is the one to pay for their slack and do their work for them and we don't get a raise or anything. No standards in there.If you tell the company and they don't listen about the problem whatever it is and you keep on telling them they get tried of hearing it. Instead of fixing the problem they would take the person that is trying to get them to fix it and make him do the job or solve it. See how F..ked Up things are.You got some in there right now 2 young ones final and an old man in subs that are the same. bad management problem not because they are to busy managing because they know the problem and do nothing
