Hostess? Twinkie managers are running Kodak and the CEO is a DING DONG. Kodak is getting creamed and so is the stock. I think a few Zingers work there as well.

I've worked for Kodak for over 20 years. Trust me NO Kodak employees are buying stock. A Chapter 11 is guaranteed. Three weeks and it should be filed. CEO Perez will be out soon.

I am Ex_employee and i bought shares, I always go against the flow. And an extreme risktaker, no pain no gain ;==))
If I am right, I will spend some of the money visiting Rochester to team up with old colleagues ;)

Apple will buy Kodak when the time is right. It will sell most of it but keep the brand and the IP.
It will get the company for less than they would have to pay in patent infringement.

Apple does not need Kodak.

Maybe not, but the get rid of the lawsuit, they do get some healthy business and property. Seeing it as a pure investment, it might be worth it ;)

Sorry to hear such a grate company is going under, hey George Fisher started it sold everything at cost or under cost and set the stage for failure by not doing anything till it brakes don't add oil to your car see what brake, Dan Carp set the stage so they could fire anyone at will and got rid of a lot of good worker and wrote of a two million dollar loan they both walk off with great retirement packages Hollywood got a free theater to party in and those guys got credit for it the worker got the boot

Do your homework. Fisher was the savior, the board was a bunch of selfish thieving in-fighting a-holes. he left when they wouldn't move ahead with digital. and that was a LONG time ago. where would they be, had they listened and tried to be innovative, NOT just golden parachutes?

I'm working for Kodak in Europe, it's true what's been said before, we are badly informed what's going on ! The last 3 years they are restructuring the company about half of the personal were I work left or has been fired and they still have a cash problem ! Management never brainstorms with staff to find solutions, everything is decided in Rochester ! I also think this is the end.
