3M should concentrate on their employee base that research and develope these propducts and keep that effort alive. Without this all patents will eventualluy run out as they have been leaving other companies and counties
to also make simialar products. All part of globalization. There are other products made elsewhere and many of better quality.

Know what? 3M tape is ALWAYS twice as expensive as the "off brand" and everytime I have bought it, It DOES leak. So maybe they could spend some of the lawyers money on making a better product instead of "protecting" their turf...

Frogtape does what it claims to do. Plain and simple. If you want results, go to Home Depot and try it yourself.
If one were to google "3M sues," a long hit list would result. I would agree with previous commentator Blackbeard that 3M should concentrate on competing honestly, rather than wasting time and money on unbased lawsuits.

Would you like a list of products made elsewhere of poor quality?

I have never had a case where the 'blue' painters tape worked as advertised. Paint always seeps under the that tape.

Never tried Frog Tape. I have to paint my house this year, so I guess I am going to try the Frog.

I buy what works, if yours doesn't work fix it.

I've recently tried Frog Tape.

After painting my daughters room 2 sickly colors of pink, it was time for a change. When we last painted it, I used the pricey 3M Pro Blue Painters tape. I even pressed it hard with a semi rigid scraper. It leaked.

With the Frog Tape, I even "tested" it myself by laying on the paint heavy...

NO LEAKS, NONE.

I'm sold...

If 3M were not worried about the little guy, "Frog tape", they wouldn't be bothered with this lawsuit. GO GET-UP MR. WAGNER. This is what this country was built on.

It's sad to me that in our free-enterprise system, manufacturing giants like 3M can intimidate small businesses. Undoubtedly, their court challenges tie up much-needed capital in little businesses like Frog Tape.

Aren't there anti-monopoly laws that prevent such unfair business practices?

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
