The whole bailout of GM was went against the Constution so I don't think they will get too far. The U.S.Treasury and the new administration is walking all over the Consitution on so many issues it isn't funny. Until Americans stand up and vote all the jerks out of DC we are screwed.

I took a lump sum. I just wish them luck trying to use constitutional law, the government has totally trashed it so far.

geesh Ronnie, don't sugar coat it ... tell us what you really think!

So what you're saying is that you'd rather see everybody get zip than maybe some good come out of it that could benefit all salaried retirees?

Who exactly is being selfish? If you have a grudge with some particular manager, you gonna feel better if everybody loses just so your "buddy" gets hit?

Some advice: update your resume, move out state, get a job that is something you want to do, and quit your bitchin'. If you don't do something, you'll be right here, here next year, with the same complaints and just a year older as the only thing to show for it!

Ronnie is missing my point. They won't get squat because the government totally ignores the US Constitution. That is the basis of the law suit. If the Constitution were being applied. GM & Chrysler would be closed down by now. Delphi would be gone. All the pensions would be in the hands of the PBGC. The Constitution means nothing to the Marxist in Washington DC.
