Kodak to pay $21 million in lawsuit settlements

I think this entire deal is a farce. There are a lot of hard working people at this company who've lost bonuses, premium pay and overall income, over the last few years.
I have been with the company for 28 years and have never seen or heard of any type of biased, against any minority.
People are just trying to get money for nothing.. Bottom Line

If I remember correctly there was secret recordings of a top HR person at Kodak making racial statements that were shocking.
Years ago it was on TV on a National TV show.

Leroy, you've go to be kidding. You've got to come up with something better than that. Secret recordings? All you need is some Liberal bleeding heart lawyer to go along with some cry baby Reverand and a Liberal judge and you'll increase your income every few years.
Dan C. You are correct, it's everyone at Kodak that's getting screwed, except management. They haven't given up anything. The people in the trenches are the ones that are the heart and soul of the company and they are the ones getting the raw deal.

What a joke is 100% right. Everyone at Kodak is getting screwed except management. As far as minorities they have had the same opportunities as everyone else but they did not want the additional responsibilites. As a matter of fact management bends over backwards for minorities.
NO one at Kodak gets raises anymore and management has every excuse in the world as to why. But upper management gets there's. How does management and the board think they deserve what they get for screwing up what was once a good company. It started with George Fisher and it hasn't ended.
So Kodak's a joke, minority settlements are a joke and management are the biggest jokers.

Now that I know that the company bends over backwards for minorities, I'm running to fill out an application. Thanks guys. Nice heads up.

Perhaps your the giver and not the receiver!

It´s easy to believe this because, in Kodak Mexico, situation like this happens all the time, there´s a group of people directing business into the company who´s made and take decitions over racist, sexual and other no better inputs. Some people even report those behavior to the matrix in rochester and they never look over the problems reported, because the entire set of managers are covering each other and manage the company as they dirty free will.
