Buffett's Berkshire Downgrade Further Thins Ranks of AAA-Rated Companies
The credit crisis is thinning the ranks of AAA companies, after General Electric Co.

Like one hedge fund manager said ( http://www.savingtoinvest.com/2009/04/warren-... ), the downgrade will have no effect on Berkshire's holdings, and only a very small potential impact on its earnings
