Well, if nothing else, the Lebanon Daily news is good at Yellow Journalism. No information on the EIT, no information about tax increases and new special service fees, no information about ... well no information just endless dribble about nothing. We don't care who gets charged and sentenced - you don't list everybody, so list nobody. We don't care that Arnold is suing Kelly again. We do care about the fact that our political leadership just keeps taking and taking and taking.

This is important information. Citizens need to be informed about the people they put in charge to run their local governments. Hopefully this is a lesson to everyone to be more aware and put a little effort into researching information on people who have put themselves out there for public office, BEFORE they become elected.

If they have an R behind their name they get elected in Lebanon County. Crooks, bums or sleeze bags doesn't make a difference.

What is new with this ? Business always has a person on the inside of every government.

Pa. State Senator Mike Folmer is the man on the inside for AT&T.

Would anyone like to learn how a Pennsylvania State Senator gives payback to a big company that donates $2000.00 dollars to his 2010 campaign re election effort.

Take a peek at Pennsylvania State Senator Mike Folmer’s campaign donations for 2010. Then take a good look at the $2000.00 dollars AT&T gave to Citizen Mike’s re election campaign.

http://www.followthemoney.org/database/StateG...

Then take a look at Pennsylvania State Senator Mike Folmer’s taxpayer funded Pennsylvania State Senate website.

http://www.senatorfolmer.com/

When you get on Citizen Mike’s above state senate website click on this highlighted highlighted pdf letter.

http://www.senatorfolmer.com/PDF/2010/Protest...

I couldn’t believe this myself. Pennsylvania State Senator Mike Folmer is using a taxpayer funded website and a Pennsylvania State Senate run website to specifically lobby and campaign on behalf of AT&T to receive a state government contract.
This is same AT&T that gave Pennsylvania Mike Folmer $2000.00 to get Mike back into office for another 4 years.

Mike Folmer you do realize your actions are unethical. Using taxpayer dollars and your position in government in an effort to get a state contract for one of your campaign donors is just wrong.

Kip Kelly got into office by winning a PRIMARY, Einstein! Do you know what that means? And who's to blaim if Republicans always win? Hint: Many offices go unchallenged by a Democrat.

Yeah, anyway. What's happening with the "alleged" violation of the Sunshine Act by the Elco School District?
Haven't heard or read a damn thing about that since Steve Snyder's article?
What IS going on with the Wizard's of the EIT board?
No follow through, ever, with this news publication. It's like the whole staff suffers from ADHD and they don't know it or refuse to deal with it. They're all over the place.

I am interested in Arnold suing Kipper! Arnold can be an A-hole, but Kelly's a bigger A-hole.
Send him packing. His plane is waiting.

Keep in mind, this know-it-all writes lengthy cumbersome ordinances for North Cornwall. Oh the irony.

This smells of an arrogant man who feels he is the only one above the law.

Shivers, nausea, vomiting...I hadn't checked the Topix forum for the better part of a month and then curiosity drew me back in today only to be reminded of why I swore you half-wits off in the first place.

The five minutes I spent reading through some of these posts has been enough to make me sick to my stomach, which is a refreshing sign that my Topix addiction has passed.

You malcontents all deserve each other. I feel sorry for your vitriolic efforts to be the tallest midget in the room.

Unemployment, anonymity, and the internet are a dangerous cocktail. Hopefully once the unemployment benefits run out you worthless nobodies will be forced to take the jobs you've been avoiding and pull your heads of your a$$.

Good riddance.

"anonymity, Worthless Nobodies"? Joe?
Joe WHO?
"malcontent's" What brought you back to Topix, Joe Anonymous Nobody? Why did you fall off the Topix wagon, J.A.N.?
You seem a little discontent and agitated? Reach around and pull the Calvin's out of your crack!
"Mental Midget's"? You may want to re-read your post. You're just as guilty as the people you've just thrown stones at, "Joe".
Maybe you want to bend down and pick up the Anonymity stone, the Worthless Nobodies stone and the Malcontent stone you just threw at the glass house. You're of the smaller Mental Midget's so you're are closer to the ground than we of the larger Mental Midget's.
Watch the handle on the screen door on your way out. You don't want it to hit you on your tiny little head.
Wait, I figured out who you are "Joe". Your last name is Dick, right? I thought that was you.

Eddy needs to keep the pressure on Kelly. Kelly needs to be held accountable for his actions. He is a virus and needs to be dealt with accordingly. He is the cause of so much turmoil and distress in North Cornwall. Please Mr. Arnold, bring it, bring whatever you got and then some on Kelly. He deserves it, the same way he has caused others to suffer.

If you want to comment, then at least be informed. Otherwise, you come across as Arnold or one of his goons who like to stir up trouble for people. Kelly is a township supervisor in North Cornwall Township. The property in question here is in the Borough of Cornwall. NCT supervisors have no authority in Cornwall where, by the way, they are super fussy and not to pleasant to deal with. So if Kelly got past their people and if the contractors have not been complaining about the quality, then Arnold is just blowing smoke.

The way that Arnold and his wife have always operated in Lebanon County is to fund businesses and projects that use other peoples talent to make it successful and profitable for the Arnolds. That's because Arnold really has very little knowledge and has to use other people to make money. After the person with talent makes it a success, then Arnold gets upset because his name or his wife's name isn't known to the customers or public as being involved--unless their name is on the building. Once the Arnolds realize that their lack of involvement has left them with no public recognition (what Arnold really wants), then they look for a way to destroy the business, the talented people, and the project. Have you heard the stories of what they did to the library and Lebanon Valley College which have buildings in his name. Maybe you remember Yarn Over Ewe and what they did there. How did they screw over the new owners of New Penn Trucking when he left there? I'm sure they have not been able to keep details of those dealings totally hush. Nope, I don't think Kelly is the problem (even if you don't agree with his politics which is a separate matter). I think Arnold is the toxic liability to the county. Get rid of him and his tainted money and we will all be much better off. Lebanon already has genuine philanthropists which Arnold is not.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
