Who can help? I am single dad with a 4yearold daughter. The mother has been gone 3 years now and as a consiqence I have sole custody and as of May 08 we are now free to travel wherever we wish! She starts school full time in Easter and I would like to travel some more before then. We have some land for sale and if I do sell will be subject to capital gains tax, unless we out of the EU. We've had our jabs as was going to Malawi as my daughter is of mixed race and has family there. Then it struck me, why spend her future when we could travel Canada/US and earn at the same time. As we have no base to speak of, only a truck companies centre of operations, we could, and are willing, to work the full 6 months travelling where needed. Time off would be spent wherever we happen to be. My question therfor is; who is willing to have us? Will the health and safety brigade stop us? I am willing to fund any extra insurance if nessercary. Only after this would I concider full immigration, based on what we see and if those we work for want us! We can come over anytime. I am 45. I have driven all over Europe, East and West, Scandinavia, Morrocco and south as far as Turkey and Greece. I got full clean class 1 and have driven cars and bikes all over the world. I am on single parent benefit and going stir crazy in Eastbourne, on the South coast. Can you help? Regards Leon Brown & India

Attention all Canadian drivers, if you''re looking for a driving job in Alberta stay away from C&Y PROJECTS AND ANY OF THEIR DIVISIONS (CNA TRUCKING, CAM CONTAINERS, TOR VAN) unless you enjoy being treated like crap and not getting paid.
