Iraqi Sues U.S. Contractors Over Alleged Abu Ghraib Torture

Why is this worthless piece of $h*t even entitled to due process? It's war time, and he shouldn't have any constitutional rights if he's the enemy, or represents the enemy!

War is hell. Why is he suing the corporations here? I believe the Abu Ghraib prison is in Iraq, not the United States. If he has an issue with how he was treated, then sue his government.
