<quoted text>The problems this country faces are so great that I really do not think that it matters if the Democrates or Republicans are in office ! The costly war in Iraq must end ! There needs to be affordable health care for all Americans ! There needs to be an end to job out sourcing to other countries !
if you own or run a business, is a $3000 tax credit gioing to entice you to hire a computer programmer in the US for $60,000 instead of the one in India for $12,000.

And how much will the war in afghanistan cost since obama wants to put MORE troops there after it takes 16 months to pull out of Itaq.

The government cant even run the post office and you want them to run our health care?

Lack of honesty by those who use the health care system as a cash cow has led to our current predicament. Until we are free of the crooks and liars that currently involved with this industry, it won't matter who runs it. Unfortunately, we've lost our moral compass and there are not enough persons in charge that believe in doing what would be good for the country as a whole.

Neither party has the courage to do this but if they place tariffs(tax) on all goods coming into the country, including products produced by American companies but made overseas. The companies would be hesitant to outsource simply because they would not want to pay the tariffs.

The government has to stop making it easy for big business to manipulate and screw the general public/consumer.

Alain Wright analysis:-

The financial crisis is now being attributed by the Wall Street Journal editors and other right wingers to the Community Reinvestment Act. The CRA requires banks to provide loans and financial services in under-served communities, particularly poor and minority neighborhoods. This blame-the-victim theory does not withstand fact-based analysis.

The blame-the-CRA theory says that the subprime mess was caused by weak-hearted lenders pushed by misguided bureaucrats into making loans to poor people and minorities who can't repay them. Nothing could be further from the truth. First, sub-prime mortgages that are now defaulting in droves were made mostly by unregulated mortgage bankers with no CRA obligations or oversight. Second, the Alt-A mortgages that are a major part of the crisis were made mostly to middle-and upper-income white borrowers who didn't want to verify income or wanted a bigger loan than a prime lender would offer. Third, loans made by banks to fulfill CRA obligations, even those to very low-income home-buyers, perform quite well. Fourth, the only category of mortgages in which the foreclosure and default rates are not going up is the FHA program, a program that makes loans almost exclusively to low- and moderate-income Americans, many of them African-American and Latino. The bottom line is that it was the design of sub-prime mortgages, not the selection of borrowers, that caused them to default in massive numbers. Lenders can make sound loans to underserved groups, or they can make overpriced dangerously risky loans.

The only tiny grain of truth in this blame-the-CRA theory is that HUD, under the Bush Administration, agreed to give Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac credit for buying sub-prime mortgage-backed securities to meet their affordable housing goals. Fannie and Freddie's affordable housing goals are not technically part of the CRA but they are motivated by the same goals. The problem here is not the goal but the means. CRA and consumer advocates consistently opposed counting high-cost, high-risk sub-prime loans as meeting any bank or GSE's affordable housing goals, but the laissez-faire HUD and OFHEO regulators went along. The same right-wingers now blaming the CRA were praising sub-prime lending a few years ago as the solution to meet the needs of previously under-served home-buyers. CRA advocates, on the other hand, have never confused sub-prime lending with community reinvestment.

(Unbelievably stupid!)

The same faulty- logic- blame- game you use. During Clinton's time and most of Bush's time there was a huge majority for the Republicans in Congress.

US Government is a 3- legged stool. The executive
branch is only one of them. If you think that NAFTA was solely the idea of Clinton you are not the smart person you want us/ the world to believe.

Republicans do NOTHING but cut taxes for the ones who don't need them and then spend billions of dollars in re-building a country called Iraq that invaded because of Saddam Hussein's so called weapons of mass destruction.

Aha, now I know where those weapons are. There in anyone's head who thinks President Bush is innocent.

THE FINANCIAL CRISIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER.

GEORGE W. BUSH SO CONTRIBUTED TO THE CRISIS.
__________
SCANDALS! SCANDALS! SCANDALS!

DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!

GEORGE W. BUSH IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CRIMINAL STALKER!

George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked Margie Schoedinger to the point that she could not get away from it, and she committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered her.

“In her suit, Margie Schoedinger states that George W. Bush committed sexual crimes against her, organized harassment and moral pressure on her, her family members and close relatives and friends. As Schoedinger said, she was strongly recommended to keep her mouth shut.... Furthermore, she alleges that George Bush ordered to show pressure on her to the point, when she commits suicide”(blog of drizzten).

“George [Bush is personally complicit] in the death (murder to be precise) of my friend Margie Schoedinger in September of 2003. Determining the exact whereabouts and contacts of ... George Bush on September 21 thru 22, 2003, should be entirely lacking in difficulty”(Leola McConnell—Nevada Progressive Democratic Candidate for U.S. Senate in 2010).

McConnell is correct: George W. Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death.

Bush’s method of murdering Schoedinger cannot exist in a vacuum: he must have murdered other people in the same way.

While he was president, actually, George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked numerous people to the point that they could not get away from it, and they committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered them. During Bush’s presidency, of course Bush would have desired to kill people whom he hated or get them out of his way. Insofar as Bush was clearly capable of murdering Schoedinger—even in “broad daylight”—and is clearly capable of getting away with it, in consideration of common sense and the laws of human nature, Bush of course murdered numerous people in the disgusting way he murdered Schoedinger. However, the vast majority of such scandalous information will never come out (the grisly details are typically hard to substantiate). A prosecutor really can lawfully charge a former president with murdering one or more people in the disgusting way Bush murdered Schoedinger. The American people unfortunately live in a world where evil presidents can murder any number of people—figuratively—with a wave of a magic wand and get away with it.

(There are thousands of copies of the information above on the Internet. It exists very extensively in all major search engines. Please feel free to go to any major search engine, type “GEORGE W. BUSH IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CRIMINAL STALKER” or “George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked Margie Schoedinger to the point that she could not get away from it, and she committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered her” or “George W. Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death” or “George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked numerous people to the point that they could not get away from it, and they committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered them,” hit “Enter,” and find innumerable results.)

It is easily researched sir, just dig a little bit further in your own information gathering sites, outside of Rush or Hannity's sites.
If it is so easy why did you not bother to post any.

YOU were the one making the claim and therefore the responsibility of backing up the claim is yours. The fact that you even felt it necessary to throw in a comment about rush and hannity rather than any actual facts leads me to believe you have no idea what you are saying and cant back up your statement.

If you actually had any facts, I am sure you would not have hesitated to throw it back at me as "proof" and gloat about how easy it was to prove me wrong and establish yourself as knowledgable and credible rather than take a lame detour and avoid answering.

Without any support, you are just another ignorant dittohead who cant think for himself
