Indeed. Obama also slipped in health care support for illegal aliens at the last minute. Guess he was a liar. Also a one-term president, just like Carter.
BTW, according to the most recent analysts stats, unemployment may be getting to 20% in the next three years. Just a slow blood-letting. Enjoy your job while you still have it. Just like the boiler rooms giving free "loans" to people who could never afford the payments, people just don't understand what this means, but they will.

It doesn't matter what Obama, Pelosi and their far left Democrats do on health care or other issues. If they don't start creating jobs, and quickly, most of them will be voted out of office. Sadly, they are intent on destroying the American way of life on their way out the door. People first want a decent paying job. Unemployment and the deep suffering it causes is ruining this country, it has people on edge, and all the House Democrats can do is rejoice in legislation that passed by a few votes. Why don't they put as much effort into creating private sector jobs? Most of the stimulus money has gone to retaining public sector jobs. People first need a job for their self esteem and to know they are helping take care of their family and knowing there is a future to plan for. Obama has his priorities backwards. Is this what the Independents who got him elected really expected? I seriously doubt it.

If the 220 elected representative blindly voted for this bill with out reading it could that be a basis for nullification and impeachement?

Darrell Isa wrote in his email today, "I had intended to return to California this weekend as I normally do, but House Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided that the healthcare vote on the bill she just released had to be voted on right away, with most members of Congress not even having a chance to read the legislation completely. It’s 1990 pages, can you blame them? Ayn Rand’s "Atlas Shrugged" is only 1168 pages, was a lot more interesting and took me a lot longer than a week to finish."

This is totally irresponsible of our members of congress and those who voted for this without reading or understanding the full consequences to the American Taxpayer should be brought to justice!

To mandated that people be covered or be fined or jailed is totally unconstitutional.

The Republican Party wants the Abortion part taken out of the
Health Care Bill. Saying federal money should not fund Abortions.
Republicans can't be trying to save Federal money by taking
out the Abortion section, I'am sure the goverment rather
pay one time for the Abortion and get it over. Are pay for
18yrs of the kids life, because women will turn to welfare
to support the kid'.

Long Beach Democrats cheer this windfall for Lawyers, Abortonists, Illegal Aliens and Insurance Companies.
We finally dealt a lethal blow to any hope for a prosperous future for our kids and grandkids.

It is a GREAT DAY for the least among us. Now we know that Speaker Pelosi and the malignant far left
are winning their War against American families.

Bow down to The Pelosi and her spokesman/master of ceremonies...B. Obama.

The KKK were furious that limitations were considered on Abortion. Democrats listened to the KKK and tax paid funding will increase for Abortion. It was a great day for both the far left politicians and the KKK.
It was a long time coming but Tax funded Abortions are a HUGE WIN/WIN for both the Party and the Klu Klux Klan.

OMG!!! The United States is turning into a California. They didn't care what their constituents wanted them to do, they voted the way they wanted (the 220 votes for the bill).

Vote those bastards (democrats, I had to write it out so I could be sure that they know who I am talking about) out and get some real representatives.

It's fun watching the democrats slit their political throats. It will be fun watching the Senate democrats figure out how to appease the left and avoid a vote this session.

Remember, the house bill will become null and void at the end of the Congressional session if the Senate does not pass a bill.

Californians applaud the incusion of Illegal Aliens in the horrific tax burdens which the Bill creates. We prefer disgrace to honor. Or, at least we vote like we do!

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Scorpio

It will be easy to let things get on top of you today, especially if you're already feeling rather tired and listless. Do yourself a favor and keep away from anyone who often makes you feel a bit fed up or defensive, because they're the last person you want to be around at the moment. They'll make your spirits sink down to your ankles in a flash, and who needs that?
