The House barely got the votes to pass this astrocity of a health care bill. The Democrats in the House better worry about how this will play out in the Senate. You can bet the house that this bill (if it becomes law), will be the waterloo of the Democratic party when the Republicans re-take control of both the House and Senate.

My advice to all those who support this bill (and if it becomes law) is to keep track of your healthcare expenses and monitor the quality of the healthcare you get under this bill. Then be honest with yourselves and see whether or not you're spending more in healthcare costs. If you are, then this bill would have been labeled as a bad mistake.

Also keep this in mind, only a quater of the stimulus bill money has been spent; millions of jobs have been lost and the unemployment rate has risen to 10.2 percent---all this under the current Obama administration.

And you must ask yourself this question and be honest--is this the change you voted for?

I do not know how this will end up, but the current process is not working well. There are too many people excluded from the healthcare system and too much is wasted on emergency services because people can not afford basic care. Of course the Republicans had a chance to make things better and simply ignored the issue -you have to be honest about that. Also Obama is not responsible for the unemployment rate - he was elected because the prior administration failed and you need to be honest about that also.

Not having healthcare insurance does not equate to not having healthcare.

It is illegal and unethical for any medical professional to turn a patient away solely on thier ability to pay.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Taurus

Everything seems to be getting under your skin at the moment, but this is no excuse to lose your temper, and you know it. Better by far to be discreet and plough on steadily, without looking to the left or right. If you keep your feet on the ground and don't get discouraged, there are definitely fair winds that will blow you along. It's just a question of finding the right balance between confidence and commonsense.
