Hi,
I am an employee of an slovak personnel agency called Appel COUNSELLING. Some time ago we started the project Wind of eXchange (www.windofexchange.eu).

Let me shortly explain what the project is about.

We are essentialy trying to connect personnel agencies across Europe to create a platform for an europewide recruitment. As we all know, because of demographic changes and global competition it is sometimes very difficult to find qualified workforce. However if agencies across Europe can cooperete, we can strenghten one of the 4 main ideas of the EU - free movement of people. Often the workforce we are seeking is inside Europe! We only have to cooperate.

How does it work?
Your personnel agency can become a member of this network by filling out the form on the website and paying the admition fee of 500 Euros per year. You are then enabled to post your open positions free of charge on the website and you are contacted by other members of Wind of eXchange if they have suitable candidates for you. The two agencies then work out a contract and share the profit of filling the position. The percentages and contract conditions are left upon them. You can be also contacted by individual persons seeking a job directly - so it is also a cheep way how to advertise your open positions.

We currently have around 30 members who are currently working on uploading their positions on the website.
