At first I didn't even know you were talking about a town. Now that we know you are talking about New Hyde Park, why don't you tell us which house and what "hit prices" means. It's not hard, just name the MLS number; then maybe you can make your case of inaccurate information; but you won't do that because it is accurate.

I should have known better than to get into another argument with you. You change the subject by saying things that make absolutely no sense to avoid a counter argument.
All the properties that are on the bubblemap reflect the history of asking prices that sellers have been slashing since last year; which is VERY accurate. The whole point of me posting that link was to prove that sellers have cut prices by 10's and in some cases 100's of thousands of dollars; until you had to interrupt with a statement (if you can call it that) that makes absolutely no sense in the english language (and I'm sure any language for that matter).
