First of all, New Hyde Park isn't that popular. If I lived there or near there I would know immediately what you are talking about; don't assume everyone on LI understands what you are saying when you say NHP. You said: just put in accurate info on a house in NHP. sold in 2004. hit prices. didn't work. why am i not surprised At first I didn't even know you were talking about a town. Now that we know you are talking about New Hyde Park, why don't you tell us which house and what "hit prices" means. It's not hard, just name the MLS number; then maybe you can make your case of inaccurate information; but you won't do that because it is accurate.

libubble wrote: <quoted text> You said you "hit price"; I don't know what that means, you're supposed to hit the button that says "generate". You are also supposed to enter the amount in thousands, without a dollar sign or commas. A million dollars would be entered as 1000. I could put more information in there specifying this in much more detail, but if you're that much "common-sense challenged", what's the point? Fortunately there were only 2 others that couldn't figure this out and with the amount of financially challenged people out there, I'd say that's a pretty small number. get price. whatever. it's your site. and i did put it in thousands. trust me, it didn't work. if i'm supposed to hit generate, why do you have a button that's called get price if that's the function of the program. to get a price of what something could be worth now. ponderous

NHP isn't that popular? what does that mean? does that mean it doesn't have a large population? this isn't a bar we're talking about where people go and hang out. i'd check out the census info ya dolt on NHP. your website is LIbubble. not your neck of the woods bubble. it's on LI and FYI, it's very popular. Duncecaps are adding up BUB!

and while you're at it BUB, poiunt to the people who didn't know what NHP was. or at least be a man and send a mea culpa. if you're gonna talk about LI real estate, i'd start to learn about the towns and i'm not tal;king about the abbreviations. "not that popular". do you even believe the things you say and think about? you have zero credibility still. a person hawking a website called LIbubble, should know about LI.

Maybe on your computer it shows up that way, but the rest of us who don't smoke crack can plainly see that the "get prices" is for navigating to domanias' recent prices. It is on a line above where it says enter house information. Most people with common sense understand this as it is a common format. You are the FIRST person who made that mistake and I'm hoping the last; looks like Darwin missed one.

The fact that I didn't understand what you were talking about only proves my point.

Look jackass; you told me that there is inaccurate information on my site and after I asked several times to point out the erroneous info, you still haven't. Stop changing the subject to avoid being proven wrong! I should have known better than to get into another argument with you. You change the subject by saying things that make absolutely no sense to avoid a counter argument. All the properties that are on the bubblemap reflect the history of asking prices that sellers have been slashing since last year; which is VERY accurate. The whole point of me posting that link was to prove that sellers have cut prices by 10's and in some cases 100's of thousands of dollars; until you had to interrupt with a statement (if you can call it that) that makes absolutely no sense in the english language (and I'm sure any language for that matter).

"get price" is a common sense move. but you'll never see that.

Let's review. Bub said NHP isn't that popular (whatever that means) Population=10K Zip codes=2 Homes for sale currently=167 Homes sold this year (and this info is not up to date)=62 Homes sold 2007=370 " " 2006=333 " " 2005=457 " " 2004=489 Looks popular to me. Bub said no one on here knows what NHP means. proved that to be a complete farce. Bub said i'm the only one who hit get price on a function to "get a price" of a property that could sell now as long as i put in pertinent and accurate info. speculative at best bub. Long Island Bubble.COM is a website about Long Island Real estate and the creator of the website doesn't know what NHP stands for and retorts that New Hyde Park isn't that popular (whatever that means). How could this website be an accurate, fair tool to use for people trying to navigate in this market? Ponderous!
