MGM Mirage fires 400 managers

if the 400 middle managers are terminated, who does thier jobs,?? and do they get a pay raise ?? nv like az is a right to work state, but people seem to for get it is also the right for the boss to fire with out cause. now tell me how good it is with out a union.....

trust me...they lie...they didnt fire management...they laid off the little guys. the brunt of the pain was the everyday worker.....but they lie lie lie.......incredible jerks to work for...thank god we have the union....
