Nice move for Marriott. Execustay in some ways completed with Residence Inn and Towneplace Suites. The extended Stay customer and corporate housing customers are not always one in the same but can be depending on pricing. Great move for Oakwood as corporate housing is it’s only focus. www.ourextendedstay.com
