One dead in McMinn County shooting

Seems like plain old murder to me.

Previous argument, guy goes to other guys house with pistol and rifle in car with him.

Argument continues and other guy ends up shot to death.

The fact that they took guns with them would hint at premeditation to me and not self defense, yet no charges were filed.

The one that took the weapons with him to the house is the one dead. Also, it seems that he was shot before and probably by the same guy. Meth is a powerful drug!!!

Now I see, some idiot went to a guys house with guns and tried to shoot him, he shot back and won.

Clear case of self-defense.

i would love to have seen the look on the guys face when he realized his intended victim was armed and defending himself... bet his family comes on and talks shit at the shooter for defending himself and "not taking a beating like a man"

At that point it becomes clear that he intended to have a confrontation involving guns at the other mans house.
When the other man shot him dead in defense of his life at his own home it became clear self-defense.

The person you are referring to was a son, a brother, an uncle and a friend. Doesn't matter who shot who or who had intentions of causing harm, what matters is the family & friends who are left to mourn the loss. So quit the gossiping and non sense.
