Maybe they are closing the store becuase there is Wegmans across the street? Why would they put the PriceRite there also?

We all new this would happen the minute Wegmans opened....well took a couple of years but it did happen.

I wish luck to the employees.

Not just Wegmans, but let's remember Walmart wasn't always a Superstore in that mall. Between the two, yes it was just a matter of time.

I wish lots of luck to the employees.

Redners at Northampton is darn clean and the one off of 7th street is real clean, they have way better prices than Wegmans, Weiss, without the club cards and all that other junk, I like the pre-sliced lunch meat, goes faster you get done...Every store has its good and bad points...

WalMart kills another competitor!
I knew it was coming when they started closing the store at 11PM. There's just not enough business for three grocery stores in the same block.
I will miss getting a great parking spot, no matter what the time or day of the week.

Have you seen what shops at Palmer Walmart these days? Palmer is just an extension of the crud that is Easton/Wilson. Sorry folks, there goes your neighborhood too.

You like that dryed up lunch meat? Wouldn't you rather have it fresh sliced?

The Redner's disgusting? When were you in? That store is never dirty. I shop there all the time. I use the one in Palmer too, now that will be my prime store.

The other comments are true. When Redner's opened there, Wal-Mart was not SuperStore. It was a matter of time until it closed. I am surprised it lasted this long.

But, you don't have a clue what you are talking about if you think the place was dirty. That it was not.

Amen to that! Wegmans is my primary source for groceries, shop carefully and you'll do well, and you can't beat the quality of their veggies, meats and fish.
