10 charged in scheme

I think this is just the beginning. Many companies charged high commisions on people who could not afford it. It is just out right stealing I have had loan agents try and tell me that they put it in the paper work. What the Cities need to do is hire a loan consultant to help the public. All the Banks leanders they are in it to make money not telling the public the best way to go. If you get forclosed on it not over. Your credit the taxes. Most companies do a credit check before they hire you. It could affect your employment. Local government needs to step in and help them get honest information.

I know these people - they were intentionally stealing this money and living large on the funds. They thought it was fine to take this money if the customers were too stupid to know better. All I can say is KARMA!!!

It's not that the customers are too stupid, all the paperwork and the FINNEE print seem to make it almost damn near impossible to understand completely of what you are really getting into. The brokers, lenders or whatever should have the morals and responsibility to be HONEST with the clients and not try and rake them for all they got.

I hope these crooks get what they deserve, I know they're not the only ones out there though so hopefully more will be discovered and they are jailed for a long time. Theives, all to roll around in their Bemmers or Benzos. Makes me sick!!!

Their underwriter is just as guilty as those charged. She has been or was employed for them for over 5 years and should be prosecuted along with them. If she is the DA's informant than shame on the DA for allowing her to get away with her participation in the scheme that they have been committing for years. She was as big of a player as all those charged.

I agree with Lol...you have to trust those you are dealing with because all the paperwork is a nightmare. I hope they get what they deserve. They ruined my kids credit and almost destroyed their marriage. A young couple with a baby and these crooks took them for all they had. Lost their home and the 40k they put down on it. What about Mr. Steve??? He was a big player in this and I don't see his name listed.

The Whitaker girls aren't all that innocent. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Both girls have also been previously charged with making threats with force and trying to prevent and dissuade witnesses. They are far from nice young little girls with a big bad dad. I hope they all rot in jail and enjoy being treated like crap, the way they treated people. Spoiled brats are going to be taught a long hard lesson. Good for the DA. Hope to see even more charges against them and those not named now.

Hope some of this information help the DA office. I felt what was going on was criminal but no one would cared every body was making money. There alot more of them out their that need to be brought to justice.

So they go to court for a bail hearing after ripping folks off for millions of dollars and they get or'd. Great criminal system we have. I am very disappointed...we all know that they are going to disappear now and never have to pay for their crimes.
