Pennsylvanians who wrongfully lost their homes could qualify for compensation

What about the homeowners that are in the flood plane along the Redbank Creek, in Summerville Pa who didn't take the Fema buyout? Are they still able to get that buyout or be forced to leave because their homes are condemned? Some of the owners own outright the property but, are being forced by borough's thru minor repairs to leave as the home is in the flood plane area.
This has led to many homes being foreclosed upon. Boorough's want to turn the land over to themselves. Their use unknown as yet.
What are they the homeowner's to do when they recieve no payment for the home and land? Most are poor or Disabled and ill and need the money from the sale to move elsewhere. Is there any funding for those people?

I am so sick of the Kardashians , Jenner looks like he turned his sex around . The view sucks . So does all the Osbornes . Ozzie is the only one left with half a brain and the other half is dead from brown nose bat disease .
By the way skinner , no one cares about homeowners .
When we start caring it will have been too late.

maid, I agree, no one cares about the homeowners.
when it's been their homes that they hve to give up then maybe they will care, maybe not.
what is hppening in summerville? who is taking over this town? what is their reason, land, gas and oil, shopping center, drugs, along the interstate? that is a million dollar question isn't it.

Follow the dream act of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They say a housing recovery is soon coming ?
So is Santa Klause .
The homes are still not worth what people have paid and the won't go along with reforms .Oh , a few areas are qouted as being a sign they will be back. Barney Frank and his new bride are the only ones that benefited .

If you mean Summerville NJ , I only read about it and how the public pension crisis and taxes to support them are breaking the backs of the people that haven't moved yet. Cristie wants out but he isn't even on the long list for VP . My prediction is , no matter how bad things are people just don't have any faith in Romney and will stick with Obama for the hell of it.

No sorry Summervill Pa.
Small town flooded in 90's and now part of oil and gas industry coming to state.
Somthing strange happening in that town. But, who cares?

The people of Summerville, Pa care.
They are the ones losing their properties and homes to a fast moving industry. One that doesn't seem to think about human present on the land they use. Me for one will stick with the one who cares about the people, land and the future of America. Be it Romney ,Obama, or an Independent, we shall see soon. If they reveal their agenda, before time to vote. God help us if they don't.

Agenda ? You need a plan before you can get to an agenda . Obama came on the scene without either . Hope and change will be his forte . He only has four more years to get a plan if elected again.
Romney and Ryan ? Not releasing any of there taxes except the last two years ? Don't expect it before election. They don't need the job or the money . They have it stashed away where it doesn't have to be given out to anyone . Sort of like Obama's records .
SOME CHOICE !
