Well, that tells us nothing more than Mary Lopez is still on her witch hunt. If there were illegal actions back in 2007, don't you guys think that people would be arrested by now. This "illegal action" is it just for Illinois investors? No other state has filed a notice and neither has the SEC. Do you think that the Podesta Group in DC would take on as a client someone that is involved in a scam for a company? I think that they would have done thier due diligence. Wojo, I mean "Securities Department" I look forward to hearing what results come from the administrative hearing.

We were actually having a constructive dialogue. Please use this forum to exchange information and not name-calling. All that does is provoke a response, which gets us absolutely no where. Knowing that there is a hearing on July 15th was actually good information. I also look forward to hearing the outcome. Thanks to whoever posted that. Let us know what comes of the hearing.

hey look...another month has gone by and no news from this company.

the light at the end of the tunnel keeps getting smaller and smaller. this companies refusal to address its investors only goes to prove the old addage "WATCH OUT FOR THINGS THAT SEEM TO GOOD TO BE TRUE BECAUSE THEY OFTEN ARE".

who cares. the truth is that there is no new information or updates. of this i am certain.

It's true...I have heard a lot of solid information lately about our investment..but have not been inclined to share on this forum..due to my displeasure at having to take umbrage from Wojo for every posting.
