Fannie mae is a disaster and that guy is picking his running mate? If this was the Republicans we were talking about you can bet this Obama PR guy that wrote this would have pointed that out.

I won't be Bayh cuz if they win they'd lose that Senate seat.

FORMER Fannie Mae CEO. He left Fannie in 1998, so I'd say he has little to do with today's mortgage issues.

How about forgetting what state his choice comes from and worrying about whether the V-P chosen can help run the government, because I don't see it in Obama.

Well, with Fidel Castro in ill-health, Hugo Chavez running his own country and Che Guevara being dead, that leaves Obama with Jimmy Carter and Jeremiah Wright as possible running mates.

I'd like to see the Rev Jesse Jackson as his running mate. Now admit it. Wouldn't that be fun?

THE DEMOCRAT'S FUZZY PLEDGED DELEGATE MATH

(The Math that is so often touted by Senator Obama and his supporters to essentially steal this nomination….what ever happened to one person—one vote?)

Senator Clinton scored decisive victories in the 2nd, 6th, & 7th largest states: Texas (4%), Pennsylvania (10%) and Ohio (10%)....but due to the Democrats’ quirky rules, those three large states added up to a total net gain of only 14 delegates for Senator Clinton — an advantage all but offset alone by Senator Obama’s single win in South Carolina (24th largest state), a net pickup of 13 delegates for him there.

And, to boot, we all know that South Carolina will turn TRUE BLUE come November. ;-)

It's no wonder Senator Obama and his supporters are so in love with this "fuzzy" pledged delegate math.

Primary Pondering
What if ...?

Another Case in Point:

If you look at the total electoral college votes from states won to date, here’s the breakdown:

CLINTON: 308
OBAMA: 224

Source: http://www.diversityj.com/ElectoralVoteStates...

Now……how is it again that Senator Obama is supposedly the front runner in this nomination process???

GO HILLARY!!!! You are currently ahead in the popular vote and will add to your lead by the end of the primary season.

LET THE PEOPLE SPEAK AND HAVE ALL (think MI & FL) THEIR VOTES COUNTED!!!

If he wants to actually win in November he should try to cut a deal with Senator Clinton. She may agree to become his running mate if he promises to only stay in office one term. They would obviously both make history, and if they had a successful administration, she would be a lock in 2012. They could even seat the Michigan and Florida delegates at the convention.

It appears that the original Clinton / OBama dream team idea hasn't worked out the way they expected. Regardless of which candidate ends up as the nominee, to retain the loyalty of Democrat voters, the VP must be an older white male of unambiguous sexual orientation.

If you had bothered to read the article you would see that even he noted as such.

Lot of anti-Obama feelings here. Just wait till November. As long as Hillary is out of the picture, Barack has a great shot. Many of us staunch Republicans are fed up with Bush, McCain and the rest.

Go OBAMA!

How about that midget from Cleveland, Dennis Kucinich. Ohio is a battleground state and Kucinich's wife has her eyebrow pierced.

So you would rather vote for someone you know doesn't share any of your ideas than vote for someone who doesn't share all of them. Brilliant
