The media is not helping this bank who has been around 115 years and provides excellent service to their customers. Every bank is having problem why pick on this bank. All those other BIG bank have NO custoomer Service, you get lost in the shuffle and they are losing money too. Everyone is taking a hit on everything going on in the world with the economy. You should write something positive to try and save this bank.........

well said! Although I have only been a pff customer for about 3yrs I am in love with the service that I receive each and every time, whether it be in person, by phone or via internet. I wonder why it is that they are concentrating on one of the only good banks around..
