i aint to smart but.... normally u would rob a bank for money! They thought they were being smooth. Well lets just say both of them are at the big house for a while! TN law for armed robbery is 5 years 7 months minimum. 2 counts will be 11 years 2 months minimum. Plus he was already on probation and will have to serve the rest of that time.

So basically, 12 years for $28,000. If he had got a 40 hour week job, making $1.12 per hour, he would made the same money in 12 years. And would had his freedom and still be doing that pretty young girl. But now some big black dude will be doing him.

I would start stretching that thing out now, because I don't think that black dude will care how tight your hole is. Bahaha

Robbing a bank is a federal offense. He's got a lot more time than 5 years coming.

Yeah the 5 years and 7 months is the minimum sentence for armed robbery in TN.

Yes bank robbery is federal, but I couldn't really find a minimum sentence for it. I think it's based on so many different factors.

All of this for a little $28,000.
