SEPARATE TESTIMONY: B, PAM SCHUFFERT, journalist

She writes: "Many people have raised skeptical questions about reports of prisoner BOXCARS AND SHACKLES being sighted across America. Some people think that they are only reported originally through Phil Schnieder in a Patriot interview. Recently, someone erroneously reported that MY information on them originated from Phil Schnieder. WRONG! My research and documentation on the boxcars and shackles goes far beyond Phil´s interview.

"Long before I heard of him, I had eyewitness information on these boxcars. A van full of eyewitnesses, missionaries traveling across America to evangelize and pray, stumbled across these boxcars in Montana, near Columbia Falls in Glacier. They described boxcars, in this case painted black, with shackles welded into them and a modern guillotine at the head of each boxcar inside. As they were photographing mountain scenery, they decided to follow railroad tracks into the wilderness so as to not get lost. This is how they came upon these boxcars with shackles. I later received a report from Lee Harrington of Valier, MT, who was a professional metal worker. He told me how in Glascow, MT, summer youth workers were employed to weld shackles into boxcars in that operation. They were then shipped west to Glacier and stored on remote sidetracks.

"Passing through the Blackfoot Indian Reservation in Cutbank, a local Blackfoot Indian, George Bullcalf, spotted these strange boxcars, some with open doors and shackles, plainly visible, passing through the reservation.

"I interviewed three German Bundeswehr MP's fresh from Kosovo, pistols strapped to their sides and white MP armbands on their arms. Here are their revealing comments (This interview took place at the train station in Munich.)

"Oh, yes, we know about our German troops in America, Fort Bliss and Holloman AFB..." I asked, "Do you know why they are there...for the hour of martial law, to help arrest Americans and seize their weapons and fire upon them if they resist?" The spokesman for the group said, "Yes, we have heard all this, and it is true."

"Looking at him intently, I asked him this question: "If martial law is declared in America..could you fire upon me [female interviewer]?" He would not reply as he looked at me. His cold, steely eyes reflected the position of a professional soldier hardened by German military training and experience in Kosovo. Stiffening, he abruptly excused himself and his two companions and hurried off to their train. We understood each other perfectly.

"U.S. military are also being hardened through their experience in the Balkans. They are being conditioned to serving under UN blue and NATO..much as they will do in America under martial law. They are being conditioned to deal with "militants, insurgents, resisters, " which is exactly how all resisters under martial law will be labeled as by the U.S. government and military. Fellow Americans, it is truly time to wake up to the reality of the coming quest for America...and to realize the extent to which we have been betrayed and deceived in this matter. As Chuck Colson once admitted, "It is not inconceivable that, in the future, the US military will be used against the American people." I tell you, I am watching with my own eyes the preparation and conditioning of our American troops for that very hour.

"As one military soldier (whom I interviewed in Germany), a previous trainer of foreign troops in MOUT exercises at Fort Polk La., admitted to me when he read through my book, "Premonitions of an American Holocaust" (regarding the coming martial law,) "Ma'am, everything in your book is true, and I am leavingAmerica with my wife and child as soon as I can...because martial law is coming...and it will be terrible when it comes."

And in America under MARTIAL LAW, they will perform essentially the same thing,
participating in road blocks to search cars for weapons or find people ON THE LIST for
round-up. They will participate in door-to-door SEARCH/SEIZURE/ARREST
operations, looking for firearms to seize and again rounding up everyone ON THE
LIST...much as a previous generation of young Nazi soldiers did under Adolph Hitler.

They will participate in the operation of the DEATHKAMPS OF AMERIKA as well, even
as a previous generation of young Nazis did.

And as the German Bundeswehr officer boasted to America locals in Alamogordo, NM,

"...your President knows WE GERMANS WON'T HAVE A PROBLEM!"

Indeed. I interviewed many people while researching in Germany, who admitted the
wounds of WWII had not healed in many hearts, and that hatred for the Americans had
been passed down from father to son. And now, many of the young German Bundeswehr
military now stationed in America, who are fully aware of the coming MARTIAL LAW
AGENDA and their role, are lusting for the hour of confrontation with the hated
Americans.

For many Germans, it is a TIME TO FINALLY EVEN THE SCORE! And to raise
Germany to a place of pride and power once again, even as America is trampled under the
iron jackboots of the NEW WORLD ORDER.

My interviews with the German people and the German military have left no doubt in my
heart, that a time of great violence and confrontation between two opposing forces is
about to occur under martial law in America.

I interviewed a former Bundeswehr soldier, Attilla, in Munich one day. "Tell me, Attilla, is
it TRUE that German Bundeswehr will have NO PROBLEM actually firing upon innocent
civilians in America under martial law???" He saw how disturbed and saddened I was as I
asked him this troubling question.

He replied, almost apologetically, "look, Pam,...A SOLDIER IS A SOLDIER! And sure,
while they LIKE your American babes, your American booze and rock music in America,
a soldier is a soldier. AND WHEN THEY ARE ASKED TO FIRE UPON YOUR
AMERICAN PEOPLE, THEY WILL RISK COURT MARTIAL IF THEY DO NOT
OBEY THEIR SUPERIORS! They WILL fire upon your people..." he concluded.

Yes, I am personally very sad and troubled by all this. I am, after all, part German (my
father was full blooded Aryan German.) My father, in his better years, played a major role
in the Allies' BERLIN AIRLIFT that rescued thousands of starving Germans from the
Russian blockade of Berlin. He is honored to this day in the ALLIED MUSEUM in Berlin.
And I grew up for several years in Germany. Do I love the German people? Yes, very
much. And I am extremely troubled over the role that young German soldiers will be
asked to play in America under coming MARTIAL LAW.

I also love my AMERICAN PEOPLE very much. I am grieved over the thought of
German troops firing upon my fellow Americans. I am grieved over the boastings of
German troops who I have interviewed in America, who think it is funny and won't have a
problem firing upon Americans...at all. I have prayed and wept much before God,
beseeching Him to hold back all violence and future conflicts between German troops in
America, and my fellow Americans, under martial law.

But sadly, I KNOW that future conflict will eventually be inevitable, due to the NWO
agenda the German and other UN/NATO/PfP based troops will seek to impose on the
freedom-loving American people. Simply be aware.

That company is bankrupt and should file Chapter 13 real soon. When are the muppets here going to get it through thei heads that no matter how many studies you spend money you don't have on- a rail road isn't going to happen. Seattle's Port is in trouble because China now ships it's garbage in through Mexico and pays Mexican wages to offload the ships, and Mexican slave wages to truck them into the US.
This town must move beyond an industrial landscape if it's going to survive the new ERA. We should focus on organic farmland and try to build a local food supply chain instead of paying banker slime money for studied that will be biased.
Anyone trying to bring in banker slime, and pay them is dirty, underhanded, slime- that needs to be taken out with the trash.
Just another reason to shut down our bankrupt local "governments"- they are ripping you off and selling out your rights. They deserve NO QUARTER!
Farming and agriculture is the way. Would not Americans feel proud to produce food for our country and the world? Afterall, our lands are rich and fertile, right? I would also like to see an increase of local manufacturing and industry tied directly to organic farming and agriculture. Then, we need our fishing industry back - this will help our port immensly. I am not pro foreign investment; nor am I pro G-S. In fact, the State of California is as much a part of our Port mess as any party because of the bureaucratic processes and laws covering our coastal waterways and harbors/bays. Keep it simple and common sensible.

Hello Eureka! I love your long and contentious exchange. Everything from Nazis to organic food to engineering. Great dialog, but always remember this: Capitalism dies if there is no place to generate capital. Capitalism is a good thing. Sloughing hillsides, welded RR car shackles, transport of toxic waste aside, what we all need, use, and progress with is Science and Engineering in all their aspects, and, of course, Capital.(In communist countries do they call it "Communal" and we miss this point because it just gets lost in translation??) Anyway, here in Utah, where I live, we have huge volumes of minerals which we would love to transport through your new and improved facilities; Idaho as well. Not to mention Wyoming, Colorado, Montana; maybe Oregon and certainly Nevada. The Intermountain West, west of the Rockies, is as big and rich in essential minerals and resources as most countries. Here in Utah, we still celebrate driving the golden spike. There is a good chance that the western US will keep your RR and new Port afloat long after LA and Seattle maximize themselves into decay. Say OK to Goldman Sachs and ask for your fair share.

There is a reason why you live in Utah and we live here - lifestyles. It is all good. In fact, you are right that capitalism is good. So is free enterprise. However, when that socioeconomic system's sub-parts are being railroaded by outside and inside influences which maliciously displaces the wealth created by capitalism through means, actions and methodologies which are unjustified, undignified and unethical, then you get public participation as we have had.

As far as capital and capitalism, one is an affect of the other which yields multiple effects. While capitalism is a component for money (capital type), money (capital) is not necessarily the only exponent of capitalism. Understanding capital as not just money is very important too.

To Jeffry Lytle: I could not possible agree with you more. Do it right. That is all I am saying. If Caifornia does it environmentally correctly, everyone in the world will follow suit. Do it and do it right. The rest of the Intermountain West is looking at Humboldt Bay whether you realize it or not. Utah, Idaho, Montana, western Colorado, Nevada all have mineral resources to DIE FOR. China will buy them, India will buy them; you name your country of choice. Not to even mention the agricultural resources of California, Arizona, and Oregon. And add to that light manufacturing of pollution control devices that clean both the air and the oceans which the United States could and should develop. And if you go commodity, light industrial, commercial you don't have to mess with all those obnoxious and filthy tourists and their tanks full of feces.
