Some American Electric Power customers are angry about talk that AEP might ask the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to recover costs the utility spent restoring power to 665,000 homes.

This was a act of God. Aep should not be allowed to recover cost. This is called the cost of doing business! Maybe their non producing employees could take a pay or benefit cut to make up the difference.Senior management would be a good place to start.
