This is like stop light cameras and toll road violations. Everything is okay as long as money changes hands.

Judged: 1 1 1 Hiding your sordid past in order to get a job is wrong.I don't think this service should be offered for any amount of money. If someone is a thief or a child molester,(and all the other undesirable convictions),they should have to face the public's opinion of them.I would'nt want to hire a convict to cut my grass,or paint my house.Thank God I own guns and know how to use them! |

Judged: 1 1 1 Your name and picture appears on the first page of Google if you have ever been ARRESTED for anything in Florida. I was wrongly arrested, the charges were dropped the next morning, but that mugshot will forever exist on the sheriff's website. But as I'm sure you know, no one is ever wrongfully arrested or accused of anything. The police are perfect and make no mistakes, right? The police tend to arrest you and let the judge figure it out. It's just a scam by a company who gets money from Google adwords for each click, and there are various companies (including the one who put this up) who will remove it for anywhere from $299 to $499. Just a scam to get money out of us. I'm trying to figure out how to get it removed, may hire an attorney and file a class action suit against the website who put it up and Google. |

I had my car stolen by an aquaintence, was beaten and upon arriving home found my car smashed, parked in the driveway. I was booked, but immediately released and the charges were dropped. It's been a year, and I'm unable to get a job. I'm 21 years old, and I feel I've been sentenced to life - life being homeless.
I'd starve to death before I panhandled, and it seems thats likely going to be the case. Once a week I use my friends computer to see if anythings going to change for me. But it doesnt. Google litterally wants me to starve to death and live outside - in return they make about 50 cents during my entire lifetime. |

Not everyone is a child molester or a thief. Everyone makes mistake that can sometimes ruin their record but it shouldn’t ruin their life. People have a lot to say about convicted felons until they are directly affected by it be it themselves or a family member or friends. I myself am a convicted felon on a drug charge where I was originally charge with trafficking. I never possessed drugs nor did I sell drugs. I gave a friend a ride, got pulled over for "tailgating" and my passenger was searched. They had drugs on them which they possessed. I had no knowledge of its presence and the passenger admitted so. I received 3 years prison and 3 years probation for that. My charge is an S/M/D OTH SCH I & II other words a sale. Like I said I never sold anything nor did I posses it. I am an educated young woman. I have a 4 year degree in Business Administration- Health Services and I am working on an AA in Computer Graphics and Web Design. I don’t want to cut grass! All I’m saying is one mistake shouldn’t ruin the rest of a persons live, especially after the facts are out on the table.
