This company uses an Argentina based auto-dialer to make these computer generated calls to the US. Each one of our family's 4 phones has gotten thier unsolicited calls MULTIPLE times. Report this telephonic SPAM to your carrier's legal department.
Traced the call to this spammer in CA who is VMBC . Address is 8105 Irvine Center Dr., Suite 900 Irvine, CA 92618.

I am getting lots of phone calls (30+ a day) to my toll free number from people speaking in spanish only asking when they will receive their packets. It appears that a company called All Star Enterprise with the number of 1-888-416-3131 told spanish speaking people to call my number to claim their vacation package.

I somewhat have found out through broken English that this was from some radio station promotion with All Star Enterprise and was given my number to call to claim their prize.

This is fraud and I have contacted All Star Enterprise at 888-416-3131, and they said they would look into it.

I do believe spanish speaking individuals are being frauded upon. I am contacting the states attorney office to have this matter researched.

I'CANT BELIEVE I GOT PULLED IN BY THIS PEOPLE, I CALL THE RADIO “LA CASA 106.7” IN DALLAS FOR A CONTEST THEY HAD ON THE RADIO. THEY TOLD ME I HAD WON AND THEY ASKED MY NAME AND NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 10 MIN. SO I WAITED…THEY CALLED ME BACK AND SAID I WAS THE WINNER OF 7 DAYS IN ORLANDO, 3 DAYS IN DAYTONA AND 3 DAYS IN VEGAS, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY 298.00 IN ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. I WAS VERY EXITED THINKING THAT I WON A 13-DAY VACATION. AFTER I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD # THEY TOLD ME I WAS BEING RECORDED AND THAT THE FEE WOULD BE NON REFUNDABLE, I AGREED TO THEIR TERMS. I GOT SUSPICIOUS AFTER THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS IN A HURRY TO HANG UP THE PHONE.. THEY DID NOT GAVE ME A CALL BACK NUMBER OR A COMPANY NAME OR CONTACT #, AFTER THIS I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG(FRAUD). I FINALY ASKED THEM THEIR INFO, SHE TOLD THE COMPANY NAME WAS SUMMER BAY RESORTS AND THEIR #888-737-7754.
WHEN I HUNG UP THE PHONE I LOOKED THEM UP IN THE INTERNET UNDER SUMMER BAY RESORTS, I FOUND INFO ON PEOPLE GETTING SCAMMED FROM SAME THE COMPANY. I IMMEDIATLEY CALLED THEM UP TO VERIFY THEIR COMPANY NAME AND THE 2ND PERSON TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY NAME WAS ALLSTAR MARKETING GROUP, AND THAT THEY WERE A SUB DIVISION OF SUMMER BAY RESORTS, I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NOT CHARGED ANY MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD, SO I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE MY MONEY BY CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD, SO THEY WILL NEVER TRY TO CHARGE MY CARD. HRS LATER I GOT MANY CALLS FROM THAT COMPANY TRYING TO GET MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. THANK GOD FOR THE INTERNET, OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THIS COMPANY WAS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I HOPE THIS INFORMATION HELPS OTHERS

You need to report this to: Consumer Affairs, Attorney General, YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY as this telemarketing company : misrepresents, uses deceptive advertising, offers nonexistant services, does not deliver what they promised etc..Also, unauthorized debit card usage. Numerous persons, including myself, the elderly, disabled and vulnerable persons are being rippoff on a daily basis. In essence, they are similar to ALL FRAUDELENT SCHEMES on the internet.

Report it. My 76 year old cousin who has difficulty hearing receives calls about Vacation/other offers. His credit was debited numerous times for stuff he did not order...Now, he is more careful with giving out information.

I was just listening to a Spanish Radio here in North Cali (107.3- La Poderosa) and heard about this same offer, to call 888-737-7754 and answer a simple questions like Popeye's wifes name. I called and was told I would get called back- of course they are offering marvelous trips to Bahamas!( come on people Bahamas!), Las Vegas & Orlando , all you have to do is give them your Credit Card- I told them I would call them back with this information & first looked them up online, so I have found out of course! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!! I will definetly not call them back I cannot believe a popular Hispanic Radio station would allow them to advertise with this! They are taking advantage of gullible Spanish people.

Here's the proof that voice blaster VMBC of Irvine, CA and its CEO Jesse Crowe were fined by the FTC in 2008. VMBC is BAD NEWS. Here's the link the FTC press release: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2008/01/tmark.shtm
