This is the type of guy he is; doesn't matter to him if it was a single mom rasing two kids on her own becuase of a dead beat dad; he did it to his own family.
I agree if you owe money pay up, but sometimes there are some unforseen things that come up, elderly, single parents, sickness. This guy for some reason thinks he doing such a service to the world then you look at his next job threatning everyone with lawsuits instead of trying to work with them. The guy is garbage.

Oh Eric, how sad a person you must be on the inside everytime you open your mouth without reading the previous posts only to look foolish. You must enjoy being ignorant to the FACTS, so let me correct you YET AGAIN.

The only TIME I follow through with processing the lawsuit is if I have to deal with individuals such as yourself, who are always acting like a fool by name calling and spewing hatred.

We do EVERYTHING possible to get people out of their apt lease debt so they can get another one but when an individual does not take us seriously, we let our client know and that is when we are told to push forward with litigation aside from the fact it is on their credit as a bad debt. You would be surprised sir how many people call us back with their tails between their legs wanting to resolve the situation once they realize the REALITY has hit them. Our clients dictate whether we sue or not.

As for the elderly or the sick we simply leave the account in our database until it is either paid or they become deceased. I do not call them and harrass them about paying a bill that is not going to be paid. Unlike former Suntasia agents who were use to making a sales calls even if the person on the other end of the phone was old and crippled and couldn't leave their house anyway even if they wanted to. Maybe you remember Eric the famous saying at Suntasia that was created for the elderly. It goes like this, "If they are over 18, can hear, say yes and have a checking account then sell them". Mike Wheller was famous for saying that over and over again.

Finally, as for the single mothers, DON'T be so nieve bc they're the most slickest of them all. Once we run a credit check and look at their old lease plus confirm their employment we know if they can pay or not and most of the time they can. We give them options and a time limit as to when to make their final decision before we make ours. Once we reach a settlement agreement with them they manage to some how have the money ALREADY in their bank account. You see Eric, they thought they were going to buy that big screen tv this week at Wally world or wherever they shop when all of the sudden they realize paying their old apt lease is in their best interest bc they planned to move and couldn't due to the old debt. This is EXACTLY what happen to a disabled woman and her unemployed boyfriend who were claiming they had no money but yet had $1100 sitting in their bank account (after they said they didn't have one) plus they were living with the womans mother for free. This is why we don't take excuses and get the whole picture before we sue.

Sad to say Eric you know NOTHING about the profession I am in but yet seem to know it all.

to all of you out there that say you got scammed in a telemarkeing credit card situation. i say this. yes it is wrong of them, but who really is the stupid one here. them or you. i dont get where anyone with half a brain would think they could actually purchase a credit card for a low dollar amount. these people are doing huge time for all of you being so stupid and greedy. americans are consumers..Period you love credit, yet you get scammed and your the first to cry, why because someone made you look stupid and now you have to make them pay instead of just sucking it up. well people next time, try hanging up, and get a life and grow a brain and realize to get credit you must QUALIFY for it, not PAY for it.

You can say it isn't so but I know 100% that this is the case. You topped out at a sales manager; so no, you would have no idea if they were legit or not. You never saw the hundreds of checks being issued for the vouchers. What makes you think that you know all the workings? You knew the sales side and that is it period. As for the business you work for how do you know it's legit, I'm sure you don't know everything that goes on there. Your a rep on the phones. As for working at any company unless your at the top, you do not 100% know everything that is going on; legit or not.

If your company paid out sooooooooooooo much money in vouchers than how come you didn't come out publicly to prove to the media and the rest of your critics that it was legit. Seems to me if I have that type of evidence with me that I wouldn't keep it locked away in some file cabinet. Instead we get insults and excuses despite the fact that Suntasia has yet to prove it's worth in the consumers eyes.

Yeah, that's the worst going on in the country.

Several weeks ago the receiver made a motion with the court to close all operations of Suntasia because they were out of money. Suntasia has been sending Opt-out/opt-in notices to existing "customers" over the last couple of months. The results have been very poor. There will be an emergency hearing on Monday in Tampa Federal Court.
