I think these politicians should have to follow the no call list. I get over 50 calls a week from politicians wanting money. Thank god for Caller ID.

Oh, but you should answer and express a great deal of interest with any telemarketer.

But then immediately say, "Just hold for five seconds while I set the baby's crib." Then walk away from the phone without hanging up. If you're very determined you can return to the phone every thirty seconds or so and add some wrinkle to what's happening with the crib (or whatever chore you've chosen.) Or just call to the telemarketer from across the room that you'll "be right there."

Have fun seeing which ones stay on the line for the longest time.

I tried the different ways . They just hang up after a minute, then put you back on the call list. I like my caller ID since it comes up on my TV screen. My phone also wont let people through who wont ID temselves. It is the best feature from Comcast I evr added to my bill. Thank you COMCAST. Now I want something done about the loud TV ads. Our Cong. Markey said things would be different when HD came through last April. I dont see much of a difference except yje TV ads are louder than ever. Cong. Markey is like the reat of our delegation from MA, USELESS!

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aquarius

If you're a typical Aquarian you're often quite idealistic and today is no exception. You're wandering around on cloud nine, especially if you're thinking about a very special someone, and indulging in all sorts of deliciously romantic daydreams. Reality? You've no time for it right now, because it will intrude too much on your fantasies.
