THE WHOLE SITUATION IS BAD THERE ARE NO WINNERS . THE COUNCIL NEEDS TO COME TOGETHER OR THEY NEED TO RESIGN ALSO!!!!!!!! TO JEFFS CREDIT I REALLY DON'T BELIEVE ,HE WAS GIVEN A CLEAR IDEA OF WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF HIM !!
