Sure would be nice to see the city of PORT ORANGE,FL. go green with the new police station thats in the process of being built and the new firestation, but according to Mr. Parker the city manager thats not going to happen .. WHAT A SHAME when energy cost are going so high and we all know they will not come down in price.WHAT A WAY TO TAKE THE LEAD PORT ORANGE AND SET THE EXAMPLE.

I've checked the website and toured the homes. WOW. The homes are very comparable in this area and a heck of a lot cheaper than your area in South Florida. I don't believe "Rich" is a factor in home that run from 180k+. That'll get you a site (only) in South Florida.

Haven't heard anything about Shea offering solar water heater, solar pool heaters, nor any type of solar installation cash incentive to buyers.What's with AZ that the builders don't offer alternative energy installations for savings?
