Tractor Supply has plans for old Wal-Mart

i like this alot it will do well here and they sell alot of stuff that the stores around lincolnton dont already sell you have to go out of town to find it help lincolnton farmer on fuel cost and it also say something about a murphy that could be a good thing and bad thing just have to wait to see Murphy is usely the cheapest when it comes to gas well you decide for your self it could mean a gas war

I believe we use to have a Tractor Supply store ...and currently there is one in Denver. In, todays world of business the only business that can truely survive is a "Do It Yourself" type store because most things you can already buy online a lot of real brick and mortar stores are closing down because of internet services soo this is actually the best thing that can move into lincolnton. Because a ton of stores are closing down and it would be pointless to get a store that is about a year or two from closing down completely.

and Well, the Murphy Gas if often with Walmarts and Sam's Club. This is probably no different. Since they have no room where the current Walmart is...totally bad planning by walmart or lincolnton or whoever...but since MOST newer walmarts are located with a gas station near it then this was an obvious choice. Now, how they decide to build it and locate it will ulitmatly decide the success of the current space.

It should also be noted that Ingles most new Ingles have a gas station attached as well so if we ever get that one in boger city you should expect a gas station to be built there as well.
