Simply this.....the US dollar is about to collapse. So he is spending of this money is not an indicating that things are rosy on the future as is suggest by the spin doctors. What it means is that he is actually putting his money in a tangible product that is poised to still produce money even after the crasing of the uS dollar and another currency takes over. Being the second largest railway in transporting goods...what ever the new currency will be companies will still have to pay to ship their products.
That is what this move is about....the US dolar is about to drop to $0....and he is securing his spot in hard material, not stocks, or percious materials can can fall flat. People will need goods shipped...its that simple. Don't be fooled by the spin doctors.....now is the time to move your cash into tangile products that yuo can then sell under the new currency and still be afloat.

Don't be fooled. Timekeeping and banking operations will still screw the TE&Y crews out of their paychecks and the managers will still lay in the weeds waiting to fire guys.
