Joe:
OK, so certain select groups received lots of funding to put on programs.
Tell us what has been the end result of these programs?
Two houses. How Many Rehabs? How many students are still in the program? How many of these students are still in Eddy County?
Oh yes, a list of your "stakeholders" and esteemed members of your 501-C3 would be appreciated.

From what I read this is an educational program and not a construction company that will solve all the problems that Carlsbad has with housing. How many students are still in the program and how many stay in Carlsbad is a good question but if this program produces affordable homes and train hundreds of different students over the 3 years means that they have met the mandate from the government and they should be given a “Atta Boy” from this community because so far they are the only ones training these students for a career in the trades.

Daily Horoscope for November 9

Scorpio

The Moon passes through Leo and your tenth house of career and status today, making the pace rather hectic. The day will pass by quickly and you should be able to accomplish much, just be sure to take time out for centring and calming yourself. If you feel too much pressure to perform, step back and try and see things in perspective.
