the people at this post know that toll is not going under.

But like they say some people who have it cry they have nothing, or there loosing there shirts.

The fact that they are loosing money is a good thing. Some of their clients have lost alot of money like me. Why should my family be out the cost of the property and the cost of fighting them, due to the fact that there greed got in the way of morals and common sense. All they had to do was the right thing. But the cost of repairing what they built and sold us blew there minds, and the fact that they did not think I would fight them and move in is a joke initself.

My family is my main concern. The safty and health of my family is my main concern. People ask me why do I not sell it.

1. Because I could not endanger the life of another human being.
It is called morals and standards.

I was at the dentist yesterday and he told me another client of his purchased a toll property in florida and she got it for a steal, it was going for over 300,000.00 and she got it for a little over 200,000.00. He did not want to upset her so he said nothing to her about what I was going through.

My reply was should of just told her what to look for, so she would be informed, and hopefully she will be one that had a crew that cared about the quality of their work.

We are not fooled by toll. He just wants a free ride from the government.

And you and I will pay for it if all these compnaies get help. So I guess you do not mind paying for toll and other corporatations to get big bonus and bigger pay checks while your pay stay's the same, and the cost of living continues to grow and the government bails them out. And they continue to lay off people and collect bigger pay checks.

Yea some people have to pretend they are someone else because they do not have the BALLS to be themselves.

TBI going under, na we don't think so. It would be nice to see the CEO get booted out of his own company though. I really do not want to see TBI fail. Simply put, I still have friends there and no one that needs a job right now will have much luck in that industry.

I do think they are in for some more huge write downs though on the land values they continue to carry on the books. They have many land developments and vacant tracts that are over valued. They are very good at misleading the stockholders on the reports. Believe me on that one! Report the good stuff and not the bad seems to be the internal motto at TBI.

Yea, I knew the sent Bill down there, anything was better than Ralph, whom they had down there. Talk about a micro-managing stupid leader. That guy is dumb as a rock!

They recently made public that Ken T was the president of the office in Bonita Springs. Ken is a good guy, but his strings are being pulled by corporate office. He is still a puppet to to the Troll.

Instead of being micro managed they should say this is what needs to be done, and if you choose not to do it but your signature on the bottom line, because you know there excuses are we did not know, we were not informed.

Well RT can not claim that with our case, I sent it certified return receipt, address for his signature.

All toll's employees know who I am.

I too still have friends at Toll & would hate to see anymore lose jobs. BUT I also know those of us that are no longer employed at Toll are very happy to not be there.
