ITC once again sides with Apple, RIM in Kodak patent spat

Kodak continues to grasp for straws. What a waste of energy as the company fades away. Where is the innovation? Where is change? They keep doing the same thing and chase this losing cause. What a shame that the same managament team that got them in this trouble is still intact. How is it possible that they have not had turnover at the top??? Not sure there is another case like this in American history. Whether or not new leadership could have turned it around is uncertain, but to stay with the same Execs during this 5 - 7 year period is remarkable.

Kodak is doing well in Asia; as a matter of fact, they are hiring people in places like China, Hong Kong,Singapore, etc.
