This salary is not just out of control, it is criminal!!!!! for a network of less than 200 users his original salary was probably overpaid, but to almost double it is criminal. A business of that size should pay well less than 100k and certainly not more.
Take a look at some of the other salaries in Wellington, you will be surprised to find that this is in about the top 3 or 4.
If they are actually saving money doing this then they need to cancel their HTE / Sunguard contract completely!!

Here we go again, does the village CUTBACK during a taxing crisis when funds are low....NO
Does the village plan to GIVE AWAY land to PBCC, that village taxpayers paid ($8,000,000) for...YES.
Does the village DOUBLE tax village residents when it comes to schools....YES.
Does the village continue to hire and still cry, "There is no money!"....YES.
Where is the village saving money, where is the village cutting back?
The residents have a HUGE problem with the council, who continue to SPEND, SPEND, SPEND.
Fix the older sections in Wellington. Clean up the crime-ridden, garbage-strewned, slums of White Pine, Goldenrod, Geranium and Periwinkle, before spending any further money.
The crime spillover to single family areas needs the council's attention. Too little time AND money is spent trying to right these multi-family areas and beautify the rundown areas in Wellington.
A "volunteer" force is SUPPOSED to solve those problems, while the village council whittles and gives away village money and property.
Just wait, the council will try to get the residents to pay for a new municipal complex....that's next on their list.
Guess, these council members live in high-faultin' areas in Wellington, where blight and crime are not in abundance.
These council members need to get back to reality and stop their dreaming. Get the village in order before spending or giving away the Wellington's taxpayers' hard earned money.
Look to Royal Palm Beach that took their older tiny rundown homes on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard and made that area less of an eyesore by planting, curbing, mailboxing and benching the main strip.
If Royal Palm Beach could do it. Why can't Welllington do it?
