This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. What if we were in a crisis and couldn’t view our charts?
The thing that really upsets me is that I have called twice during their “Business Hours, 9-5″ and they did not call back. This is completely unacceptable after paying 300+ dollars for navigation charts.
Maptech has lost a customer for life with this experience, and it is my goal to tell everyone I know to not purchase Maptech products.
