Would these three venezuela bonds have ISIN code:
US922646AS37?

If so, I assume you are not the owner, but only a rep.

Right?

FYI: This issuance had a total of $4B issued and all of it have been sold to many investors.

Two things.

1. How is one to make contact with you? You did not post your email address.

2. Most current issuances are electronic (book-entry) and if you have any of these bonds "physically" then, it means they are fake. The bank will simply hand you a certificate of ownership and another document stating the custodial receipt. But no bond is handed over to you "physically".

Peter, your comments show the following sickening points:
1. You are a confused fool
2. You are a failure as a real estate salesperson
3. You have never, ever closed a deal in your life
4. You suck as a family man
5. Your own family detest you
6. You are too dumb to know that I am one person. Thomas Hennings is another and Broad from the UK is neither me nor Thomas.
7. Just because you insist in calling me a thief, does not make me one. On the other hand, you are the town jester and you have been laughed out of several forums. This one will be the next one
8. You keep saying that I cut and paste and that is my sole purpose in life. You sir, and I use the term "sir" very loosely, are a joke and a poor excuse to call yourself a human being.
9. Save yourself any furher humiliation and hide under the rock you call "home".
10. And, being a drunk is a poor excuse for your stupidity.

Here is the skinny on the Venezuelan bonds.

1. If the bonds are under the control of the Central bank of Venezuela: Run! You are a victim of scam. 100% of the documents coming out of Venezuela are fake and the crooks inside the bank will sell their own mothers just to get your money in their pockets.

2. If the bonds are under your control and in your own bank account, you need to have a custodial receipt that shows you own the bond and you get to call the shots and order the transfer of the bond. If you don't have the custodial receipt (SKR), then you have nothing.

3. If you only have a piece of paper, that show a nice looking certificate claiming to represent a $25m bond and nothing else, then I am sorry to tell you; you are a victim of fraud. I have a desk drawer full of fake documents received from so many victims asking for help to recapture their lost money, paid to the many crooks invading cyberspace.

4. In other forums, they mentioned a banker's name which the victims claim they paid money to Eudomar Tovar and his partner, Hector Domingo D'Arthenay Bravo and to others (I can't remember all the names). But, if I can find the links to the other forums, I will post them here.

I hope you are not one of the many victims currently asking for help to recapture your lost money.

Dear David,

I have six of these bonds maturing in 2027 in my possession.
I earnestly appreciate your posting information about them here.
I have not paid one cent for these bonds, but have obtained them from people who may have paid for them.

I have checked Lux. exchange where they have prospectus for the bonds in USDollars, and evidently some bonds fitting this description were legally issued by the V Central Bank.

I have also had a broker check the individual and company you mention here as being the largest holders and owners of these bonds, and they do not have any legitimate presence online or in the banking system. But there definitely has been alot of criminal activity mentioned from the use of these bonds.
If you can seriously help me learn about the authenticity and validity of these bonds, please contact me by email, as I am trying to obtain concrete determination of their validity, so that I can inform the people who gave them to me about their true value and validity.
They will be affected by their status.
Sincerely, globalbondlover@gmail.com

Response: Thieves are famous for using registered ISINs to try to fool their potential victims. Your friend may check the trading screens and the ISINs will show with activity. That is nothing new. However, let me ask you. Do you have, under your own name, the following documents?:

1. Custodial Receipt (aka: SKR) issued by a bank or securities house (if the bonds are held in a securities house, then you must hold an account statement).

2. Certificate of ownership under your name?

If you obtained these 6 bonds from someone else, did they legally transfer the certificate of ownership to you and you had the name changed and title of ownership updated?

If you do not have either one of these documents, then my friend, no one will bother to accept these 6 bonds, because the ownership is questionable.

You may contact me at: David dot Cheever at aol dot com and if you wish, you may send me copies of what you are holding in your bank (or securities house). If you only have hard copies of a Venezuelan bond and nothing else, then my friend, get your money back.
