This is all a bunch of hooi, The Yugoslavian dinar is worthless and you get nothing for them and there is no place that will offer to a exchange any denomination of this defunct currancy. If you are the owner of a bank note from this country which is now several other countries, you could afford to go to those countries with your bank note( 500,000,000,000) and live like a king or fly back home and live like a king. Best of luck. Tom

The Yugoslavian government has changed but their issued banknotes still exists and having value ,especially the 1993 issued high denominated banknotes or currencies which are valid, tradeable in the world markets as per daily exchange rates. So they can have a currency reform act (valid) as they had circulated the currencies or dinar money which is now gained and defined by the IMF,Bureau de change and international banks as Gold standard.

Direct deposit them in your bank account when you feel the exchange rate is good on that day. All banks are legally responsible to accept and exchange as per law , denomination of the banknote and currency or you could prosecute your bank.
