Isaac, if investors are not interested in currently issued Venezuelan bonds, because the clown that is running the country to the ground is as unstable as a three legged dog, what makes you think investors would be interested in something that is old and full of dust (historical bonds)?

FEE wrote: "FEE" your contribution to this topic is greatly appreciated. Sadly, there are several victims, that have received copies of these fake bonds, and they are being told "the bonds are real". Creating a false hope of redemption. The reality is, these fake bonds are not registered with the SEC (as shown) and these documents, although they mention a registered ISIN / CUSIP and common codes, on the piece of worthless paper, these codes have nothing to do with the false Venezuelan bonds currently circulating in the Internet. People holding these bonds will do anything to continue to "hold-on to the great hope of eventually collecting on the millions and millions quoted on the worthless piece of paper". Remember, if you paid less than the face valur or paid nothing for these fake documents, what makes you think they are worth something?! People who have exhausted everything in their power to redeem these fake documents, will have no problem handing them to you....cheap! In a way, this action is equivalent (to them) as "throwing them in the trash-can"...because they are worthless. Now, it gets better. Some of the victims will even take another risk and are willing to borrow money from friends or ?--- and pay someone to travel to Venezuela to try and register the fake bonds. Now, doesn't this borders with complete desperation? By trying to hold on onto false hopes and dreams? A con artist will gladly take advantage of your desperation and will be willing to lie to you for the sake of stealing money from an easy victim. Bottom line: If someone, with experience, is telling you that these bonds are fake, do not make the mistake of ignoring the advice. Just because it was given to you free of charge. Sometimes, free advice can save your from losing more money. Eventually you, the victim, will open your eyes and will start using common sense and walk away with at least some of the money these crooks were not successfull in further stealing it from you.
