Staff???? Really??? Uh....do not think so. Pity the poor soul who has been researching PPP for two yrs. Know what??? Takes 2 minutes on the phone with a slime ball "trader" who is not a trader, to know they are all SCAMS PERPETUATED BY QUASI CON "MEN" BROKERS. These "traders" are nothing of the sort. When, if ever, are you going to get it through your head that this is not the stock market, or the future pits, where REAL TRADERS EXIST make and lose hundred of thousands dollars a day and deal in a very strutured,REGULATED industry???? Do not confuse those professionals with these bogus phanton flim flam types. These "bonds"(mexican..etc ) are real. very hard to find, and have nothing at all....not one scintilla to do with world markets and any one who says otherwise is an unabashed buffoon

You can't enter into PPP unless you go through a broker. Traders don't advertise these invitation only programs directly to the public. Also there are Compliance Departments, Program Managers and Intake officers who all come before you get to a traders desk if you are dealing with a real trade group that is governed by the rules established by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

There are lots of fraudsters that has infiltrated the Bank instrument business but thank God for Mr. Keith Brian Palmer of KBP Financial Limited who not only promised of issuing me the instrument but also kept to his word after I paid the transmission fee, though reluctantly as I have had my fingers burnt twice last year.
