There are funds in a bank that will only allow the other bank to use the telex system to transfer the funds out. Does anyone know of such a bank to accept the teles transfer?

Looking for bank that will accept the "telex" form of transfer from a bank that will only use "telex" format. Where do I find a bank that uses the "telex" format, please?

Enter the name of the bank and location and I will tell you if this is the ONLY way this bank can transfer funds.

Bank of New York Mellon has different locations. Which one you seek to contact via SWIFT? They no longer use the Key Tested Telex system.
