Lease Bg's & Sblc's

BANK GUARANTEES AND STAND BY LETTER CREDITS FOR LEASING OFFER.

We would like to inform you that we can provide Banks Guarantees and Stand By Letter of Credits for leasing.

We do offer also trading programs. Our Bank Instruments for lease can be
used in trading programs.

Please review our latest information regarding leasing transactions. If you
develop interest also in PPP just let us know.

The leasing cost for one year BG is 15%+2%.

If the leasing period (term) you want to lease is different than one year
you can amend the LOI with the desired term and its agreed leasing
cost.

The procedures to lease have been a little bit changed. It's even easier
since we will accept IBPO to commit leasing fees payment and issuing cost
and we do not request any up-front payments any longer.

The issuing banks we have BGs to lease from are the following:

·-UBS – Swiss Head Office
·-ABN-AMRO – Head Office Amsterdam
·-SUMITOMO - London
·-DEUTSCHE Bank - German Head Office

The Lessee may suggest a couple of issuing banks he prefers to lease from
and we will provide, depending on availability.

INTRODUCTION:

We always have BGs and SBLC to lease.

-WE ARE THE ONLY SOURCE WORLDWIDE ABLE TO ISSUE THE BG AT LESSEE'S NAME, showed as beneficiary.

I am a agent to a provider that offers lease BG/SBLC for collaterial enhancement. NO UPFRONT FEES WHAT SO EVER. Issuing bank is Duetche Bank. Minimum is 5M with a maximum of 750M. Bank to Bank. I am very interested in leasing a BG from you. Any amount over 1 billion.
I will need to lease for 1 year and 1 day.
I will then take the BG and block it for 1 year and a day and recieve a loan
against the bg for 100% of the value. I work directly with a trust who will loan against a bg up to 500b. They will pay me 80% in cash and retain 20% for 1 year and 1 day. At the end of 1 year and 1 day they will unblock the bg and return the 20% retained, and pay off the loan.
Please tell me if this will work for you and the cost for a lease for 1 to 10 billion. I will also assist any of your clients to do the same.
