Innocent man killed when SUV fleeing police hits car
A Riverhead man high on drugs who was fleeing from Suffolk police ran a red light yesterday and crashed into another vehicle, killing a father of three, authorities said.

I feel bad for officer Michael Bogliole .Damned if you do ,damned if you don't . What If he didn't give chase and the perp caused an accident or killed a kid .... due to driving while drugged.

this animal (Licausi) has been in and out of jail for a long time.....rumor has it that he has been on the run from the police for the past three months.....my sincere sympath to the Foster family

I know Mike Boglione from when he was a first precint cop in DP back in the 90's. He's actually a good guy and a good cop, this is no fault of his, blame the snitch and the crackhead .

I was at that gas station when the accident happened. The police officer was not hot on his tail. He was still trying to catch up. Anyone that would blame the police office is just not thinking. Look, this dirtbag from RIVERHEAD would have eventually killed someone in his travels. It is just the nature of the life he leads. If you think knocking a police officer down and taking off is ok and should be over looked, you are a moron.
