Yes there are crooks out here for trade lines. I don't think primary trades work. If they do they may last 1 cycle and are gone. The best thing to do in this market is get credit repaired and work your way up. The best process in nation is right here:

This is an education system with free credit repair. Some of the largest companies in nation use this process. They charge a flat $599 and have never missed cleaning a report in over 100k clients. they take about 90 days but they have never missed.
