1. Buyer submits a fully executed compliance package to include the following information:

F.) Passport and company registration certificate
G.) Currently dated POF within 7 days (Tear sheet, BCL or account statement)
H.) Letter of Authorization to Verify the first tranche only

2. After a satisfactory due diligence, within 1 day, the sell countersigns with full banking coordinates.
3. Within 5 days of the countersigned LOI the buyer's bank shall issue an Irrevocable Conditional Bank Payment Payment Order (ICBPO) by SWIFT MT799 to the seller's bank.
4. Upon receipt and verification of the ICBPO within 5 banking days, the seller issues the "Certified Corporate Invoice" with all pertinent MTN information to the buyer's designated email and fax number.
5. Within an agreed upon time frame of verification and authentication of the invoiced instrument, buyer is expected to settle in full favor of the seller via an unconditional MT 103. Full bond power will be issued and hard copies will be delivered in an agreed upon time period via bonded courier.

If the terms are agreeable, the seller mandate will provide a buyer specific purchase package to the buyer. The docs in the package will be addressed to the seller who is the titleholder. The mandate will need an LOI or LOR (Letter of Request) with company name, signatory name, phone and email address to confirm interest and send the package. Banking information is not needed. The mandate will also need a genealogy to protect all parties involved. There are no exceptions to this process. The provider is one of the biggest providers of MTN paper in the World and works only with Deutsche Bank. The buyer will never have to look for FC MTNs again!!
