I'm a consultant to many projects.I have a number of clients who are in immediate need of Letter of Credit, Lease SBLC and BG from a little as USD.1 M.right up to USD.50 M and Purchase BG. Usd.10 M .The guarantee instruments I am looking for have to be unconditional and should be for one year or longer,or with the possibility to extend the guarantee after one year,for another year.
Please clear also all the costs that are involved like legal fees etc..Will your bank issue the guarantee by SWIFT,or hard copy ? Is your guarantee issued by the head office or can the guarantee be confirmed by the head office ?We need procedures , details and offer.Our clients agrees to pay a non refundable fee with MT103/23.

THE FC BG 20B WITH ROLLS/EXT AT 62+2.
We have 2 drafts of contract for FC/BG that you can use either one.
Option A is for offer submitted along with BCL &AVF.
Option B is for offer with no BCL. Contract signed then both banks communicate together. Seller's bank receives 2 MT103/23, then issues Invoice of BG.
If you prefer option B, 2 parties will not exchange BCL, AVF, Pre-advice that can save minimum 2 working days.
Buyer's bank must be Top 50 world bank.
Seller's issuing bank is Top 25 WEB. We use HSBC London, ABN AMRO Netherland, Deutsch Bank Frankfurk....
